In the News: Hector Siller Named ENR Texas & Southeast Top Young Professional

Senior Construction Manager Hector Siller, PE, PMP, CCM, has been recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) as one of its 2027 ENR Texas & Southeast Top Young Professionals. Selected from 160 nominees, Siller is among 30 emerging leaders recognized for their professional accomplishments, career and industry leadership, and service to their communities.

With over 15 years of experience, Siller has helped grow GFT's construction services practice across Texas, supporting project delivery, construction scheduling, business development, recruiting, and client service. His leadership has contributed to the growth of the practice to a 12-member team and approximately $28 million in secured contracts.

Siller's leadership also extends to the broader transportation engineering profession. He contributes to industry education by sharing his expertise, helping advance construction management practices, and mentoring emerging professionals. That same commitment is reflected in his community involvement, including student outreach and professional advocacy.
