Kamps Releases 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Kamps, Inc., the nation's leading pallet recycling and pallet manufacturing company, is excited to announce the release of our 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report. The report details our progress in advancing sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices in the last year.

In 2024, Kamps recycled over 419 million pallets across our national network, setting a new company record and significantly reducing landfill waste and supply chain emissions. The report outlines developments in carbon measurement, infrastructure upgrades, and customer-facing environmental reporting. The report also outlines our advancements in other areas of our business, such as: IT security and data protection, technology and Artificial Intelligence, and Kamps Logistics advancements.

• Partnership with Good.Lab, a certified B Corporation, to quantify our Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions.
• Strategic investments in renewable energy and automation, including systems at our Newton, IA facility.
• Broader deployment of the Green Scorecard Certificate, enabling customers to quantify Scope 3 emissions reductions tied to pallet reuse.
• Significant enhancements to IT security and data protection, highlighted by penetration testing, ongoing employee training and advancement, NIST gap analysis, strengthened policies, and zero data breaches.
