GFT Expands Alternative and Collaborative Project Delivery Leadership with Steven Grech

As infrastructure owners face tighter timelines, higher stakes, and growing pressure to deliver more predictable outcomes, GFT is investing in leadership that helps clients move complex programs forward with greater confidence. To that end, GFT welcomes Steven Grech as its new national alternative project delivery (APD) leader, a strategic, enterprisewide role focused on advancing how complex infrastructure programs are delivered.

Grech will help expand GFT's capabilities in design-build, progressive design-build, public-private partnerships, and other collaborative delivery models that are increasingly used to reduce risk, improve coordination, accelerate schedules, and bring better cost transparency to owners. For clients, that means earlier alignment among partners, stronger pursuit and delivery strategies, and project teams better equipped to solve challenges before they become delays or added costs.

With more than 25 years of global experience in project and preconstruction delivery, Grech brings deep knowledge of structuring major pursuits, aligning designers, builders, and owners, and positioning complex infrastructure programs for success. His background strengthens GFT's ability to support clients across markets with tailored delivery approaches for each project's goals, risks, and constraints.

"GFT is proud to welcome Steven to the organization," said Anthony Ferruccio, PE, Construction Services Division President. "He understands that successful delivery starts with strong relationships, and he will help our teams and clients work together to deliver projects that create lasting impact."
