July 2026

We would like to share some of the recent legal successes TMPA has had for our members. In this report, we will give the names of the attorneys who represented our members but omit the names of the members involved.

Kenneth Biggs - Biggs & Greenslade, P.C.
• Member was placed under criminal investigation for excessive and unnecessary force. After review, the grand jury returned a no bill and member was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Tiger Hanner - Law Offices of Tiger Hanner
• Member was named in a lawsuit for use of force. Before going to trial, member's motion for summary judgment was granted and the case was dismissed in its entirety.

Robert McCabe - The Lae Office of Robert M McCabe, PLLC
• Members were involved in an on-duty shooting of a kidnapping suspect. After review, the grand jury cleared all members and the case was closed.

Randall Moore - Leasor Crass, PC
• Member was placed under IA for misconduct. After review, charges were unfounded by the Office of Inspector General.
