Project Announcement: Follow-Up Evaluation of Open Ukraine-Related DoD OIG Recommendations for the U.S. Army Europe and Africa and Subordinate Commands (Project No. D2025-DEV0PE-0158.000)
Evaluation
The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that we are initiating the subject follow-up evaluation.
The objective of this evaluation is to assess the extent to which the U.S. Army Europe and Africa and its subordinate commands have implemented open Ukraine-related recommendations from the following evaluations:
• DODIG 2025-075, "Evaluation of the DoD's Validation of Repair Parts Requested by the Ukrainian Armed Forces," March 10, 2025;
• DODIG 2025-037, "Evaluation of the Accountability of Presidential Authority Defense Item Deliveries to Ukraine," November 15, 2024;
• DODIG 2025-006, "Follow-Up Evaluation of Management Advisory: The Protection of Sensitive Mission Data by the Security Assistance Group-Ukraine and Its Subordinate Commands," October 15, 2024 (Full Report is Classified); and
• DODIG 2024-002, "Management Advisory: The Protection of Sensitive Mission Data by the Security Assistance Group-Ukraine and Its Subordinate Commands," November 2, 2023 (Full Report is Classified).
