New Effort Certification in UAOnline starting August 31, 2026

The new effort reporting process will take effect for the summer semester reporting period. A notification will be sent to all employees who have been paid on restricted funds, including hourly employees, on August 31, 2026, with a link directly to the effort certification in UAOnline. Reports need to be reviewed and approved by September 14, 2026.

- Several one-hour work sessions are scheduled starting August 31st, where you can see a brief demo and then certify your labor, with experts on hand to answer questions. Sign up for a work session below:
