Our online Recreation registration system continues to be unavailable. Currently we do not have an estimated date for restoration. We are working to get the system restored as quickly as possible. We understand this is inconvenient and appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution.

How to Register for Classes and Activities

You can register through any of our three customer service front desks. Help is available by phone or in person.

Open during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Need a new Recreation programs customer account?

To help us process your account, we will need the following information:

  • Full name, birthdate and home address for each individual to be added to the account
  • Preferred email and phone number for communications (such as waitlist updates, cancellations, and other notifications)
  • Proof of Sunnyvale residency, if applicable. This includes a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and a recent utility bill or lease agreement

Sunnyvale Youth Basketball League - early bird extended through Oct. 10

Due to the online registration being down, we are extending the early bird registration through Friday, Oct. 10. To register, call our customer service desks during regular business hours.

Picnic Reservation Process Has Changed

Planning a group picnic? We've updated the process to make it easier for you to reserve your spot.

  1. Visit Picnic Site Reservations to access the picnic reservation application.
  2. Complete the form and email Picnics.
