The Business & Consumer Court has issued its decision denying Mr. Charles Sidman's motion for reconsideration regarding his request to intervene in litigation concerning the Cruise Ship Ordinance. The Town of Bar Harbor acknowledges and respects the court's ruling.

In its decision, the court stated that "the Town has acted responsibly, and not in a manner designed to thwart Mr. Sidman."
