Baker McKenzie advises Ryan on the acquisition of Svalner Atlas

Baker McKenzie was lead legal advisor to global tax services and software provider Ryan LLC on the acquisition of Svalner Atlas Advisors, a premier independent tax and transaction advisory firm headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The acquisition will expand Ryan's presence across the Nordics and Benelux regions while enhancing its ability to deliver integrated cross-border tax and advisory services throughout Europe.

With global headquarters in Plano, Texas, Ryan provides an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services on a multijurisdictional basis. Ryan's multidisciplinary team of more than 7,100 professionals and associates serves over 74,000 clients in more than 80 countries, including many of the world's most prominent Global 5000 companies.

Svalner Atlas is a premier independent tax and transaction advisory firm in the Nordics and Benelux with 400 experts.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Ryan led by Carl Svernlöv with a core M&A team consisting of Melinda Roos, Magdalena Jener, Joan Sardar, Oskar Ödmark, and including:
