Get ready to unlock exclusive perks with Tag and Wag Benefits, a new 'tail-wag-worthy' rewards program for Vaughan and King Township residents who license their pets.
Being part of Tag and Wag Benefits is easy! Here's how it works:
Why do pets need to be licensed?
Licensing pets is one of the best ways to keep them safe. It helps to easily identify and safely reunite lost pets with their owners and ensures pets stay up to date with important vaccinations. Licensing fees help supplement and manage the costs of sheltering animals, so they get the care they need. To learn more, visit vaughan.ca/AnimalServices.
How will I receive my membership card?
After purchasing or renewing your pet licence, you will receive an email that includes your receipt and digital membership card. You can save the digital membership card to your mobile device, for example in your digital wallet, or print it and keep it in your wallet to show participating local businesses.
Will my Tag and Wag Benefits expire?
Yes, access to benefits is available for one year from the pet licence purchase date. You must renew your pet licence annually to continue redeeming the benefits.
Become a Tag and Wag Benefits partner!
If you own a business in Vaughan or King Township, you can gain visibility while demonstrating the importance of annually licensing pets by partnering with the City of Vaughan in the Tag and Wag Benefits program. Being a partner is easy and FREE.
