Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to The Bush Pilot, Inc. for an additional 10-year term for the continued use and maintenance of a commercial recreational hunting guide and adventure tourism site. The location of the lease is further described as being within the NE1/4 of the NW1/4, Section 8, Township 17 North, Range 28 West, Seward Meridian.
