CHARLESTON, S.C., Sept. 23, 2026 - Pinnacle Financial Partners continued to grow across South Carolina, reaching $6.7 billion in deposits at June 30, 2026, according to newly released FDIC data. Pinnacle now ranks No. 6 statewide, with 5.0% market share, up from No. 7 a year prior.

Across Pinnacle's footprint, the firm grew deposits in 39 MSAs measured by the FDIC and gained share in 29. The firm holds the No. 1 position in six markets across the Southeast, including Nashville, TN, and Columbus, GA, and is top 3 in 15 markets. In Nashville, Pinnacle is the No. 1 bank by deposits with $22.7 billion, and in Atlanta, No. 4 with $17.1 billion.
These results come during Pinnacle's first year as a combined company following its January 2026 merger with Synovus.
