Rep. Sheehan to Co-Host Free Shred Event and Food Drive in Mokena

Mokena, IL…State Representative Patrick Sheehan is teaming up with Will County Board Member Jim Richmond and Mokena Mayor George Metanias to host a Free Shred Event and Food Drive.
"We're proud to offer this free service to help folks safely dispose of sensitive documents, and even more proud to support local families through the food drive," Rep. Sheehan said. "It's a small way we can come together and make a meaningful impact right here in Mokena."
The event will take place on Saturday, October 25th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mokena Front Street Metra Lot. In addition to protecting personal information, attendees are encouraged to support local families by donating non-perishable food items. All contributions will benefit area the Frankfort Township Food Pantry ahead of the holiday season.
