Mexican consumers continue to move away from vegetable-fat substitutes in favor of dairy products like butter and premium cheeses, with a forecasted rise in consumption of 2 percent for each commodity. The United States is expected to remain the top supplier of most dairy products to the Mexican market in 2026.
