BKF Engineers Announces Acquisition of Lotus Water and Seeks Additional Acquisitions

Long Point Capital ("LPC") is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, BKF Engineers ("BKF"), has acquired Lotus Water, a leading water resources and civil engineering design firm. Lotus Water represents BKF's first acquisition since LPC's investment and accelerates BKF's strategic plan to build a premier, scaled platform serving critical infrastructure markets across the Western United States.

Lotus Water brings specialized expertise in stormwater management, flood control, and climate adaptation, expanding BKF's capabilities in water infrastructure and resilience. The addition enhances BKF's ability to support public and private clients addressing increasingly complex environmental and regulatory demands.

BKF is currently looking to acquire complementary services businesses supporting infrastructure in the Western United States with EBITDA of at least $2 million.
