Originally established in 1892, the Grade II listed building was referred to as the 'THE RING SHOP FOR THE WORLD', with the golden clock still one of Newcastle's most recognisable features. The new refurbishment reintroduces grandeur and elegance to both the client experience and architectural detail with key features including a reimagined ground floor showcasing a dedicated Rolex area, alongside a new VIP lounge and hospitality bar.

Over a century ago, in 1919, the relationship with Rolex began, a prestigious legacy that continues today. The dedicated Rolex area proudly showcases an exclusive selection, featuring special edition models and a carefully curated collection of rare and exceptional Rolex Certified Pre-Owned timepieces.

As part of the new showroom experience, clients have the opportunity to shop an exquisite selection of jewellery from renowned brands such as Roberto Coin, FOPE, Marco Bicego, and Northern Goldsmiths' own high-value diamond collection. The showroom is also the only stockist for the exclusive jewellery brand Annoushka, outside of London.
