Aspen Power Names Alex Figueroa Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK, September 23, 2026 - Aspen Power, a leading distributed generation platform, today announced that Alex Figueroa has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Figueroa will lead Aspen's finance organization, including capital markets, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and reporting, as the company scales its solar and battery storage portfolio across the United States.

Figueroa joins Aspen Power from Verogy, where he was Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, leading capital raising and all finance functions for the solar developer. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer at Greenskies Renewable Energy, where he was a key member of the deal team that completed the company's sale to Clean Focus Corporation in 2017.

Earlier in his career, Figueroa spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, managing investment portfolios for the firm's foundation, endowment, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
