Ranchbot Raises Over $15 Million to Invest in the Future of American Ranching

FORT WORTH, Texas - Aug 10, 2026 - Ranchbot, a remote water monitoring company trusted by ranchers and producers to keep an eye on water levels and infrastructure across their ranches, has raised over US$15 million to invest in the future of American ranching and establish its worldwide headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.

The company will use the capital to grow its U.S. team, keep improving the tools ranchers already rely on, build new technology for the wider ranch, and team up with other companies producers trust. The goal is a simple one: give ranchers back their time and help them run more productive, more profitable operations.

"This is an important milestone for our company and our dedicated team, who have spent more than a decade building solutions for the ranching and farming communities of the United States and Australia," said Andrew Coppin, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ranchbot. "This investment lets us do even more for our customers - more people on the ground, better hardware and software, and tools that work in the real world. Together with our investors, we're investing in the future of ranching."

Today, Ranchbot supports more than 12,000 customers who together manage around 10 million beef cattle and 15 million sheep across North America, Australia and other markets. Its platform uses rugged, field-proven sensors and near real-time satellite connectivity, so producers can check water levels, rainfall and infrastructure right from their phone regardless of how remote their ranch is. That means fewer long drives to check a tank or a trough, and more time for everything else the operation demands.

"No rancher wants seven apps to run their outfit," Coppin added. "It's our job to keep things simple and make the technology work together, so it saves time instead of adding to the workload."

The round was backed by investors with deep roots in American agriculture, led by Lewis & Clark Partners of St. Louis and supported by Fulcrum Global Capital of Kansas City, a firm whose own investors are farmers and ranchers, as well specialist food and agriculture investors Lever VC and others.

"Water is one of the most critical inputs in cattle production, yet managing water infrastructure remains highly manual across much of the industry," said Chuck Warta, Operating Partner, Lewis & Clark Partners. "Ranchbot has built a category-leading platform that is delivering meaningful operational value for producers, and we are excited to partner with the team as they continue building the leading water infrastructure management platform."

"Ranchbot addresses one of the largest operational challenges facing livestock producers today by transforming remote infrastructure into connected, actionable intelligence. The company's combination of mission-critical hardware, recurring software, and measurable customer ROI has created a platform producers trust and continue to expand," said Duane Cantrell, Managing Partner, Fulcrum Global Capital.
