Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with the public offering of approximately 16.9 million shares of Fox Corporation Class B common stock and the public offering of approximately 14.2 million shares of News Corporation Class B common stock.
Trusts established for the benefit of Prudence MacLeod, Elisabeth Murdoch, James Murdoch, and his or her respective descendants and charitable organizations received all of the proceeds from the offerings. Fox Corporation and News Corporation did not sell any shares in the offerings and did not receive any proceeds from the sales of the shares.
