New Website Focuses on Improving User Experience by Enhancing Search and Navigation Functions
WASHINGTON, D.C. - As the grid undergoes a period of rapid transformation, an exciting change on the way we engage stakeholders is on the horizon for NERC as well. NERC is developing a new, modernized website to meet current needs and adapt to future demands.
Launched in mid-2024, this project is a key initiative in NERC's work plan priorities and focuses on improving the user experience. Users can look forward to an updated design as well as a robust search function, more intuitive page-to-page navigation, and personalized content. These and other new features were developed through internal and external interviews and a public survey.
