Thomas Pickford Sentenced for the Murder of Christian Walker in Keene, New Hampshire

Concord, NH -- New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark B. Hall, and Keene Police Chief Steven M. Stewart announce that Thomas Pickford, age 18, plead guilty and was sentenced today on the charge of Reckless Second Degree Murder for the shooting of Christian G. Walker on June 25, 2025, in Keene, New Hampshire.

Mr. Pickford was sentenced to 27 years to life on a Second Degree Murder conviction, with an opportunity to reduce the minimum term of this sentence by up to four years for completion of programming, educational, and behavioral benchmarks while incarcerated.
