US-12 near Greer expected to fully reopen tonight
GREER - U.S. Highway 12 west of Greer is expected to fully reopen at 8 p.m. tonight after fire activity from the Mile Marker 50 Fire prompted closures and pilot car operations through the area.
Travelers should continue to slow down and watch for crews, emergency personnel and equipment along the highway.
Conditions may change as fire activity evolves. Travelers are encouraged to check Idaho 511 for the latest road conditions before traveling.
