RE: Important Alabama Medicaid Systems Access - October 24, 2026

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) scheduled planned network maintenance that will impact Alabama Medicaid Agency (Medicaid) systems on Saturday, October 24, 2026. OIT's planned network maintenance can cause intermittent disruptions in access to Medicaid systems and the internet.

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. OIT Planned Network Maintenance

All Medicaid online services are expected to be fully available by 12:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

During this time, several Medicaid online applications and portals will be temporarily unavailable; however, the Eligibility system and Claims system will remain available during this maintenance.

Affected applications include:

• Alabama Medicaid Website
• Elderly and Disabled (E&D) Application
• Estate Notice of Probate Portal
• Expedite Portal
• Fraud and Abuse Reporting Portal
• Gateway to Community Living (GCL) Portal
• Hospital to Home Portal
• One Door Alabama Portal
• One Health Record^® Portal (only affects portal access)
• Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnancy Webform Application
