Amy Forsythe made Partner

Forsythe's promotion reflects her exceptional contributions, leadership, and strategic vision since joining the firm in 2013. Over the past decade, she has demonstrated deep expertise in private equity investing, driving the success of numerous investments and fostering long-term value creation across FIP's portfolio.

Her pivotal role in deals including Discount Drainage Supplies, Miljoco, and Spartan Tool Supply has been instrumental in the firm's growth. Known for her collaborative approach, Forsythe has earned the trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and investors alike.

In her new role as Partner, Forsythe will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of FIP, while also acting as interim CFO for portfolio companies and leading investment teams.
