State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-QSB, or N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Reasons for Delay

AiXin Life International, Inc. (the "Company") is unable to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2025, due to a delay in completing the financial statements required to be included therein and the quality control and review procedures related thereto, which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense.

Preliminary Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025

The Company anticipates that its net revenues for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, will be approximately $460,000 and $859,760, respectively, as compared to net revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2024 of $1,332,650 and $2,184,000. In addition, it will report a comprehensive loss of approximately $419,000 for the second quarter of 2025 compared to a comprehensive loss of $$157,355 for the second quarter of 2024. The comprehensive loss for the six months ended June 30, 2025, was approximately $1,167,000 compared to a comprehensive loss of $727,435 for the six months ended June 30, 2024. The numbers set forth herein are based upon the financial statements prepared by the Company and the Company's auditor has not completed its procedures with respect thereto and thus, the financial results expressed herein are subject to adjustment.
