La Ha promotes Township Officials Scholarship opportunity

Each year since 1989, the Township Officials of Illinois Scholarship Fund awards funds to graduating high school seniors to continue their education at Illinois colleges or universities, and State Representative Nicole La Ha is helping spread the word to area students.

"Affordability is hitting families hard across Illinois," said Representative La Ha. "Being a parent myself, I understand the value of scholarships like these. I am pleased to bring opportunities like this forward to the attention of 82^nd District residents going to Illinois colleges or universities."

According to Township Officials of Illinois, their Scholarship Fund has awarded more than $400,000 to 236 students since its inception in 1989. Students and parents can learn more at https://www.toi.org.
