Reps. Marvin Lim and Karen Lupton to Host ‘Grant Cuts Hurt!’ Press Conference Series at the Georgia State Capitol
ATLANTA - State Representatives Marvin Lim (D-Norcross) and Karen Lupton (D-Chamblee) will host a 'Grant Cuts Hurt!' press conference series beginning TODAY, Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 1 - 2 p.m. at the South Wing Steps of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta. Additional press conferences will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. and Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the South Wing Steps.
The topic of the press conference on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, will be prioritizing public safety. The press conference on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, will focus on prioritizing health, and the press conference on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, will focus on prioritizing education.
