Pink Out - Lumberton High School Football game

Pink Out with UNC Health Southeastern's Sports Medicine and Athletic Trainer teammates at Lumberton Senior High School's October 2 home football game.

Beads of Hope Workshop
October 9 & October 30

10 a.m. - noon
Gibson Cancer Center, Obbie Lee Community Room

Patients, caregivers, and survivors are invited to participate in a creative workshop celebrating hope, resilience, and breast cancer awareness. Attendees will create awareness-themed keychains, bag charms, and bracelets using pink beads, letter beads, ribbons, and other decorative craft materials. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others, share encouragement, and create meaningful keepsakes in a supportive environment.

Go Pink & Walk with a Doc:
October 10 & 24

10 a.m.
UNC Health Southeastern Fitness Center in Lumberton

Wear pink and walk with this doctor-led group. Exercise your mind and get your blood pumping as we work together for a healthier community and a healthier you!

Mammogram Madness:

Women ages 40 to 74 who have not had their annual screening mammogram may schedule an appointment at Southeastern Radiology Associates, 209 W. 27th Street, Lumberton, by calling (910) 671-4000 or visiting MyChart.

Go Pink!:

Show your support for breast cancer awareness by wearing PINK, including your pink tennis shoes, throughout the month. Decorate your business, work area, office, department, clinic, etc., in pink, too!
