Update to Procedures for First Day Hearings
Notwithstanding any individual Judge's Chambers Procedures, effective immediately, first day hearings before the Delaware Bankruptcy Court will be conducted by Zoom. Parties and witnesses are permitted, but not required, to appear in person. Chambers Procedures will be revised accordingly.
