Donate to the Annual Irvine Animal Care Center Foster Donation Drive March 1-31

The Irvine Animal Care Center invites the community to support the annual Foster Donation Drive, March 1-31. Support the center's puppies and kittens, post-surgery animals, and animals healing from an injury by donating essential supplies, helping animals get the care they need while preparing for adoption into forever homes.

Items needed include Feline Breeders Edge Formula, Miracle Nipple syringes, acrylic pet playpens, and other essentials. View the center's Amazon (link is external)or Chewy (link is external)wish lists, where items can be shipped directly to the center. All items help provide specialty care for vulnerable animals.

The community is also invited to the Foster Donation Drive Celebration drive-thru event Saturday, March 7, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the center. Drop off donations, grab a treat, and pick up an exclusive Irvine Animal Care Center sticker.

The center's Foster Care program provides a safe home environment, supplies, food, and veterinary care for animals too young to be adopted, those with behavior needs, and those recovering from medical procedures. Members of the public interested in providing temporary care for these animals can learn more at irvineanimals.org/foster(link is external).

The Irvine Animal Care Center is located at 6443 Oak Canyon. For more information, visit irvineanimals.org or call 949-724-7740.
