Willkie is representing Armis, a cyber exposure management & security company, in its sale to ServiceNow, an AI software provider, for $7.75 billion.
On December 23, ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), announced it entered into an agreement to acquire Armis for $7.75 billion in cash. Armis manages cyber risk across the full attack surface in IT, operational technology (OT), medical devices, and other environments for companies, governments, and critical infrastructure worldwide. The acquisition is expected to expand ServiceNow's security workflow offerings and advance AI-native, proactive cybersecurity and vulnerability response across all connected devices.
Willkie previously represented Insight Partners in its 2020 acquisition of Armis at a $1.1 billion valuation, and in a 2019 Series C funding round investment for Armis.
