Kitchen Promoted at Mutual of Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. - Mutual of Omaha has promoted Ronda Kitchen to Vice President of Finance.

Kitchen leads a diverse team of financial professionals responsible for expense planning, management and analysis. In this collaborative role, she works cross-functionally with leaders across every operational area to plan and manage expenses.

Kitchen joined Mutual in 2021 as a strategic business unit finance director. Before joining Mutual, she served as vice president of expense, internal controls and sales compensation at the Lincoln Financial Group. Before that, she held various leadership roles at Unum.

Kitchen earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and a master's degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
