Morgan Wallen Reveals Which Artists Will Perform When Sand In My Boots Festival Returns In 2027

Morgan Wallen announced the 2027 Sand In My Boots Festival lineup on Monday morning (November 2).

Wallen will headline his second year of the highly-anticipated festival. Other artists taking the stage include Kings of Leon, Ella Langley, Kygo, Empire of the Sun, Nelly, Flo Rida, Gavin Adcock, Koe Wetzel, Cole Swindell, Third Eye Blind, Midland, Hudson Westbrook, Gucci Mane, Vincent Mason, Rick Ross, Corey Kent, Avery Anna, Kameron Marlowe, Zach John King, Juicy J, Girl Talk, Ying Yang Twins, Waylon Wyatt, Project Pat, Blake Whiten, Corey Smith, Carter Faith, Jason Scott & The High Heat, Kashus Culpepper, Jacob Hackworth, Kenny Whitmire and Phil Kane.

The genre-blending lineup reveal arrives just a few days after Wallen confirmed the dates of the festival, Sand In My Boots will take place from May 21 through May 23 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Wallen hosted the inaugural Sand In My Boots Festival in 2025, and it's returning in the spring after taking a year off in 2026. Gulf Shores Mayor Robert Craft confirmed in December 2025 that "we will not have the event" in 2026, according to a report at the time by Birmingham, Alabama-based AL.com. "We are already approving the event in 2027. …We delayed too long, or they did, in their application to be able to get the kind of acts that we required them to have to be successful in 2026. We will refuse to let them go back to the acts that we've had before. So they couldn't do it and so they canceled the 2026 event."

Wallen headlined his first-ever Sand In My Boots festival in 2025 with Post Malone, Brooks & Dunn, and HARDY plus many other artists in the lineup. He said when the 2025 event sold out within hours, "We started talking about curating a festival that includes my friends, and artists who have influenced me, years ago. It took a lot of folks a lot of hours to plan Sand In My Boots, and it only took two hours for y'all to sell it out."
