Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Rollins, this investment will benefit the county for years to come."
Crittenden County Schools will use an $853,043 grant to equip one hub site and five end-user sites with interactive distance learning and teleconferencing equipment. Instructors at each of the participating sites will deliver dual-credit courses, enhanced professional development for teachers and vital telehealth services, including substance abuse prevention virtual drug awareness sessions, Narcan training, behavioral health consultations and mental health support.
During fiscal year 2025, USDA Rural Development awarded over $6.8 million in Kentucky through the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grant Program.
