Harvard Square Traffic Impacts on February 13 from Hasty Pudding Theatricals Woman of the Year Event
On Friday, February 13th, 2026, the Hasty Pudding Theatricals' Woman of the Year Parade will take place in Harvard Square. This event was originally in January, but was postponed due to weather.
Please be aware of the following:
- Setup: Begins at 12:00 PM on Harvard St between Prescott St and Quincy St. Expect delays and limited access in this area.
- Parade Start: The parade begins at 2:00 PM at Harvard St and Quincy St, traveling down Massachusetts Ave and turning onto Holyoke St.
- Duration: The parade will last approximately 15 minutes.
- Street Closures: Holyoke St will be closed for about 30 minutes following the parade and will reopen shortly thereafter.
Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes and expect delays in the affected areas. Pedestrians should exercise caution and follow directions from event staff or public safety officials.
