NOTICE OF DECISION

Private Exclusive Easement
Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority
April 2, 2025
Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:
APPLICANT: Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DNR-DMLW-managed lands between milepost 161 of the Dalton Highway and the Ambler Mining District.
AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a 50-year private exclusive easement 250 feet in width and approximately 125 miles in length for a private industrial-access road and utility corridor, including temporary use of a 450-foot corridor during construction and survey.
DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to comment should contact Alaska Relay at 711 or 800-770-8973 for TTY services.
