Payment transactions, enterprise services and intelligent terminals offer a path to long-term earnings
LAS VEGAS, Nevada - October 23, 2026 - TRANSUITE.ORG INC. (OTCQB: TRSO) ("TRSO" or the "Company") is advancing the commercialization of AI and digital payment applications, with potential revenue opportunities across payment transactions, enterprise technology services and intelligent terminals. Its controlled subsidiary SolanAI Global Limited supports the digital payment strategy, while broader AI initiatives aim to improve service efficiency and create long-term earnings opportunities.
TRSO's AI and Internet of Things initiatives span cloud operations, data management and enterprise applications. These capabilities offer opportunities to expand services for project operators and improve delivery efficiency.
On September 2, 2026, the Company signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 51% equity interest in Zhongke Haichuang (Fujian) Technology Co., Ltd. ("ZKHC "). ZKHC is the core Douyin Pay independent software vendor (ISV) service provider and IVS comprehensive value-added service provider, which has a completely self-developed technical support system and an operation service team covering the whole country that can provide all-round technical and service guarantee for Douyin Pay from merchant access, system docking, operation and promotion. Relying on the natural entrance of hundreds of millions of daily users in Douyin, Douyin Pay has quickly become one of the three major payment platforms in China, including WeChat Pay and Alipay. As an indispensable core technology and service partner in Douyin Pay ecosystem, ZKHC offering AI SaaS platforms, merchant management, intelligent marketing, digital payments, multi-channel aggregated payment collection and cross-border payment-related solutions. Technology integration and business development are planned in phases through SolanAI.
Payment services are intended to generate revenue linked to transaction activity. Enterprise technology services and intelligent terminals offer additional commercialization opportunities. Growing customer adoption and payment volumes could broaden the Company's revenue base and support more sustained income.
The earnings opportunity rests on expanding revenue while improving cost efficiency. Serving more paying customers through a shared platform could spread fixed development and operating costs over a larger business base. Effective AI automation could also reduce routine service costs. Once revenue covers development, operating and customer acquisition costs, the business could contribute profit, with further efficiency gains supporting margin improvement.
Through its cooperation with SolanAI, ZKHC plans to establish directly operated service centers in more than 20 provinces and cities across China and gradually develop several thousand franchise marketing teams, with the aim of reaching approximately millions of merchants. ZKHC has set SolanAI's internal operating objectives for 2026 at approximately $60 million in revenue and $10 million in net profit. These were planning targets, not earnings guidance, financial guarantees or audited forecasts.
SolanAI reported no revenue and a $257,497 segment loss for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Reaching the earlier targets would require a substantial commercial ramp-up; the first-half results do not establish their achievement.
Over time, successful product rollout, customer acquisition and recurring transaction activity could turn the AI and payment initiatives into a new contributor to TRSO's earnings.
