PLEASANT GROVE, UT - Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 143-room dual-branded hospitality concept between Ball Ventures and B&T Hospitality, have officially begun operations at Valley Grove in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The 128-acre mixed-use business community, located directly adjacent to Interstate 15 and Pleasant Grove Boulevard, is being developed by St. John Properties, Inc. This represents the first Pleasant Grove-area location for the hotels located at 1138 S Valley Grove Way.
Tru by Hilton features 68 guest rooms, while Home2 Suites offers 75 guest rooms. Both hotels include technology-forward amenities such as digital keys, EV charging equipment, and in-room streaming entertainment options. Guests also have access to shared amenities including a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and outdoor firepits. Both hotels offer daily complimentary breakfast, free parking, a business center, and meeting rooms. According to the development team, the dual-branded hotels were designed "to meet the diverse needs of travelers, including businesspeople and consumers, interested in a quick getaway or an extended stay."

Nearly 155,000 people reside within a five-mile radius of Valley Grove and the average household income exceeds $103,000. More than 225,000 vehicles pass the business community daily via Interstate 15, with an additional 60,000 passing the site each day from Pleasant Grove Boulevard. The community is situated 12 miles from Provo, 25 miles from Interstate 215, 35 miles from Salt Lake City, and less than 40 miles from Salt Lake International Airport.
St. John Properties' investment in Valley Grove is expected to surpass $1.2 billion upon final build-out in a development plan configured to support more than 1.5 million square feet of Class 'A' office, flex, and retail space, as well as luxury apartment homes and a hotel.
