The City is currently experiencing an interruption to inbound phone calls. All attempted calls are being logged, and our Customer Service team is actively returning those we receive-provided a caller's phone number is visible.
This issue has been reported to Microsoft and we will provide an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
