Temporary disruption to call services

The City is currently experiencing an interruption to inbound phone calls. All attempted calls are being logged, and our Customer Service team is actively returning those we receive-provided a caller's phone number is visible.

This issue has been reported to Microsoft and we will provide an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.

Did you know that you can raise a request online? You can also make payments on our website. Invoices such as infringements and cat/dog registration renewals can be paid online by visiting the Make a Payment page.
