Deadline: FY25 Performance Review submissions, Sept. 30

Nickole Conley, Interim CHRO, announced Sept. 30, 2025 as the final date to submit all in progress FY25 Performance Reviews. Please ensure that all submissions are completed by this deadline, including supervisor signatures.

Completion of annual performance reviews is essential for several key reasons. For all UA staff, it provides an opportunity to set meaningful goals in collaboration with supervisors, supporting professional growth and success. At the campus level, maintaining high completion rates is critical to meeting accreditation requirements, which reflect our commitment to institutional accountability and continuous improvement.

To check your FY25 Performance Review status, login to MyUA and click through via the "Employee Services Dashboard" blue box. Find the green "My Performance Reviews" block on the left hand side of your screen. The current status will be listed as the "Current Step:" under the review name (i.e. FY25 Supervisor Performance Review). If you are unable to click the hyperlink listed after the current step, which would open the review, then the review is currently assigned to the other party (supervisor or employee) conducting the review. Once they have completed their portion, the review will move to the next step and you will be able to access the review again.
