Precautionary Boil Water Notice LIFTED

Marion County Utilities has lifted the precautionary boil water notice to customers within the Hunters Trace and Pine Ridge Estates communities following the satisfactory completion of a bacteriological survey, showing that the water is safe to drink.

Though customers are being notified via emails, interactive community calls, media release, and/or social media, customers are urged to contact Utilities' customer service team at 352-307-6000 during regular business hours to verify their account phone number is accurate.

Notifying affected customers
Utilities uses customer account information to contact residents affected by maintenance or repair-related pressure drops and plant shutdowns. In addition to notifications being sent via email, the Utilities customer service team also activates an automated interactive calling system.
