Paycom donates $200,000 to help advance early cancer detection research

OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 11, 2026) - Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) ("Paycom"), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, today announced a $200,000 donation to Baylor Scott & White Health's Texas Cancer Interception Institute, a not-for-profit, transformational initiative dedicated to advancing early cancer detection and improving patient outcomes.

The donation was made in honor of Paycom's National Payroll Week celebration, which recognizes the hard work and dedication of payroll professionals who make a difference in the lives of millions of employees.

"Paycom's impact extends far beyond our software," said Jeff York, Paycom's chief sales officer, who was treated for cancer at Baylor Scott & White Health. "Having experienced cancer firsthand, I know how critical early detection can be. Supporting TCII's research is deeply personal to me, and it's inspiring to see our employees come together behind a cause that could help countless families in the future."

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States, but early detection can play a critical role in improving cancer outcomes. By advancing technology-driven screening programs and evaluating emerging diagnostic tools, TCII aims to detect cancer earlier, when treatment can be more effective. Its goal is to reduce cancer mortality rates by 50% over the next 25 years.

"We are incredibly grateful to Jeff York, Paycom and its employees for their continued support of the Texas Cancer Interception Institute," said Christina Goodman, president of Baylor Scott & White Dallas Foundation. "As Founding Members of TCII, Paycom has helped bring this vision to life - advancing a new approach to finding cancer before symptoms appear or at its earliest, most treatable stages. As we open our doors to patients next week, we are so grateful for their continued partnership in helping change what a cancer diagnosis can mean for patients and families."

In addition to supporting TCII through Paycom's philanthropic efforts, Paycom employees celebrated National Payroll Week through activities such as team games, Zen Rooms, food trucks and canoe races.
