Fried Frank acted as counsel to RFR Realty on its agreement with Blue Owl Capital to renew the alternative asset manager's existing 168,597-square-foot office lease and to take an additional 70,076 square feet on the 16th through 19th floors, totaling 238,673 square feet, in RFR's Seagram Building office tower at 375 Park Avenue.
