John Wm. Klein Room Open House, Discount Announced

Fredericksburg, Texas - The City of Fredericksburg invites the public to attend an Open House for the John Wm. Klein Room on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 115 N. Crockett St. This come-and-go event will showcase the City's newest meeting and event space, located on the northwest corner of Marktplatz.

Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the facility, view its amenities, and learn more about rental options for private and public events. City staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist with future bookings.

To celebrate the season and encourage early reservations, the City is also offering a special promotion for December 2025 rentals:

• $50 off Half-Day Rentals
• $100 off Full-Day Rentals

Discounts apply only to new bookings made by Gillespie County residents and non-profits during the promotional period beginning November 22. Bookings made prior to the start of the promotion are not eligible for retroactive discounts, adjustments or refunds.

The Klein Room features seating for up to 120 guests, a kitchenette, catering area, outdoor patio, and AV capabilities including a large screen TV.
