Holt County I-29 southbound now open between Mound City and Oregon
ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Southbound Interstate 29 between mile marker 84 (Mound City) and mile marker 75 (Oregon) is now open. The interstate was closed early this morning, Thursday, Sept. 17, due to a crash involving hazardous materials. The northbound lanes were reopened this evening at 8 p.m.
MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by always buckling up, keeping your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones. Know before you go and check what work zones you might encounter at traveler.modot.org.
