City of Tallahassee Police and Fire Departments Face Off in Second Annual "Battle of the Badges"

On Saturday, Oct. 25, at 12 p.m., the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) will once again go head-to-head with the Tallahassee Fire Department (TFD) in the Second Annual Battle of the Badges Flag Football Game at Gene Cox Stadium. After last year's matchup, TPD is ready to challenge TFD for the championship trophy.
This family-friendly event will feature more than just football. Attendees can enjoy food trucks, local vendors, music and exciting pregame and halftime shows, making it an afternoon of fun for the entire community. Local singers, dance troupes and performance groups interested in being part of the halftime show are encouraged to contact TPD's Public Information Office at [email protected] for details.
Both TPD and TFD enter this year's contest "undefeated" in their current seasons, setting the stage for an action-packed showdown.
