(Charleston, S.C., October 21, 2025) - Congresswoman Nancy Mace (SC-01) released the following statement on the charges against Judge Gosnell:
"Not only are these charges horrific, they expose a deep and dangerous failure within South Carolina's judicial system. We fully support the death penalty for anyone who rapes children. No one, not even a judge, is above the law."
