Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responds to a fire on Winnipeg Avenue

Winnipeg, MB- At 2:05 a.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports of a fire in a two-storey, multi-unit residential building.

At the scene, crews saw heavy smoke coming from the building. Firefighters attacked the fire, declaring it under control at 2:40 a.m.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
