Kirkland Advises Centerbridge on Precinmac Acquisition

Kirkland & Ellis advised private investment firm Centerbridge Partners, L.P. on a definitive agreement to acquire high-complexity precision components manufacturer Precinmac LP from an investor group comprising Pine Island Capital Partners, Bain Capital's Private Credit Group and Compass Partners Capital, which have been the company's investment partners since April 2020. The transaction was announced October 14, 2024 and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024 pending customary closing conditions and approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
