MDOT is hosting an open house to discuss this year's planned resurfacing on M-78 (Capital Avenue/Main Street) from Sharkey Street to the Battle Creek River in Bellevue. Work will include removing and replacing the existing pavement, replacing existing sidewalks and addressing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades, and installing new school speed zone signs.
